Club station had a leak … all better now
We had a little dilemma on our hands at the club station of late. Water was showing up on the floor in the hallway, seeping under the wall from the bathroom, out into the hall, front office carpet, and under the wall into the HF radio room.
We contacted our landlord and the problem was fixed today. Had a leaking drain pipe sourced to an upstairs apartment. Work took opening up a bit of drywall in our space which will be patched up soon as well.
No harm, no foul. All is well.
