We Lost Two Friends
I’m sorry to report that we’ve lost two of our amateur brethren recently.
Gordon Nightingale, KL7GN and Lara Baker, AL2R both became silent keys recently. Gordon passed on August 3rd and Lara passed on August 10th. Both were long-time members and supporters of the club. We will miss them both.
A Mass will be held for Gordan on Wednesday, August 30th at 1:30 pm at the Anchorage Pioneer Home, Tundra Room. A military service and burial will be on Thursday, August 31st at 1:00 pm at the Fort Richardson Cemetery.
