6-Meters Cranking Up – From Fairbanks…
This afternoon I was sniffing around 6 meters and wound up working 30 stations on FT8 from Fairbanks.
So many stations were calling that I had to make the WSJT-X window taller. So many stations were calling on each cycle that they were scrolling off the top of the window before I could copy my signal report. See the image below…
This lasted for over an hour.
You never know so tune around. That band might not be dead after all.
